Presser cook potatoes and beetroot
Minwhile take mixture jar and crush coriander
Add water in coarinder paste
Add flour and salt
Add salt
Knead dough
Heat butter in kadai
Saute ginger,garlic and green chilli paste with onion
Add boiled potatoes
Add beetroot
Add chat masala
Add aamchur powader
Add gaarm masal and red chilli powader
Add salt in mixture
Add lemon juice
Mashed potatoes and mix well
Make puri from dough and put mixture on it. Cover it and give your favorite shape.
Deep fry it in hot oil till become golden brown on medium flame
